1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2. Account Creation and Security

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
All partslink24 platform users are required to comply with the established usage rules. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or closure.

Partslink24 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending access while the investigation is ongoing.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the partslink24 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods familiar to Malaysian users.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the chosen payment method. partslink24 does not charge additional fees for deposits, though payment service providers may have their own policies. All deposits are final and non-reversible once credited to the gaming account.
Accepted methods include: Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online banking via FPX.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe specified for the chosen method. Minimum withdrawal limits and processing times may vary. partslink24 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals above a certain amount.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policies
Partslink24 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. partslink24's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Partslink24 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors, and is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions.
Partslink24 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity
- Failure to verify identity when requested
- Account inactive for an extended period
- Instructions from the relevant authorities
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, software, and other materials on the partslink24 platform are the exclusive property of partslink24 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from partslink24.
The partslink24 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. partslink24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Partslink24 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of Malaysia.
